MAGTF Logistics Support Systems (MLS2) Field Service Representative to provide on-site support for Marine Corps forces.

The FSR will provide on-site system installation, information assurance and system administration support, to include the user-training period while in garrison and during government designated operational Marine Corps deployments. For extended periods of operations, it may be required to deploy to the area of operations in excess of 120 consecutive days.

The responsibilities of this position, include, but may not be limited to:
Perform server administration functions and technical maintenance on existing CLC2S and TCPT servers, maintain data feeds, and troubleshoot application problems that may be associated with the server.
Facilitate in transitioning the classroom training and instruction of CLC2S and TCPT to the Marine Corps TECOM.
Provide guidance to operating forces on the correct usage and setup of the system to best meet the operational requirements.
Provide technical support to include initial loading of the systems on servers, maintenance, and operation of the data feeds.
Assist with troubleshooting technical issues, administrative issues, and bug issues that may arise with CLC2S and TCPT.
Provide weekly oral and written status reports on all activities associated with support of the units in theater or at the request of the MLS2 Project Office.
Prepare a final trip report containing technical support actions and training events conducted while in theater.
Support Marine Corps exercises in CONUS and OCONUS. This includes exercises deploying from the Eastern and Western Continental United States as well as within the Western Pacific Islands of Hawaii and Japan where United States Military bases are located.
Support OCONUS deployments in support of MAGTF CMD Elements deploying to contingencies or operations and areas of interest as directed by HQMC.

This position may require travel (Potentially in excess of 120 consecutive days) both within CONUS and OCONUS.Performs a variety of activities in information systems design, development, and analysis encompassing one or more of the following areas of technical expertise: programming, computer application analysis, software development, systems integration, and related disciplines.

Required Skills

- Minimum of 4 years experience in planning, requesting, prioritizing, tasking, monitoring, and managing USMC logistics resources

- Knowledgeable in Windows Operating Systems (included, but not limited to Server 2003, XP, Windows 7)

- Knowledgeable/familiar with Oracle DMBS 10g, RedHat LINUX, MS Office, VM Ware, personal computer and server hardware maintenance

- Candidate must have the ability to multi-task, be a self-starter, and posses the ability to coordinate training with the Operating Forces to include all logistics support needed for a safe and effective training course.

ESL teacher openings.

We are a small culture school located on the southern tip of Honshu Island, about 40 minutes by train from Shimonoseki - across the Kanmon straight from Kyushu island. Our city is called Sanyoonoda and it has a population of about 30,000 people. We teach "New Dance" and "English Conversation." At present we have 6 English conversation teachers on our staff and 3 dance teachers. The dance teachers also carry out the day to day running of the school.

Full Time.

Our salary for full time teachers is from JPY250,000 - 270,000 for a maximum 98 hours monthly teaching schedule. Any hours taught over and above that figure being classed as overtime and remunerated at the rate of JPY2,500 per hour. Our teachers aren't usually asked to put in office time, but are only sometimes requested to attend a teachers’ meeting that is occasionally held on Friday mornings.

BENDA additionally provides a contract completion bonus of JPY25,000 towards foreign travel costs.

Teachers who are employed by us receive approximately two weeks paid vacation over Christmas and the New Year, plus two consecutive days off per week and their relevant Japanese National holidays.

Unpaid vacation is also taken into consideration during light workloads and within the summer months.

Incoming teachers usually take over the apartment of an outgoing teacher, therefore all "Japanese Key Money” expenses have already been taken care of and they are only asked to cover the relevant apartment's monthly rental charges, which usually amount to between JPY40,000 to JPY60,000 per month.

New teaching staff additionally have the opportunity to purchase furniture from an outgoing teacher and in this respect BENDA is willing to provide an interest free loan of up to JPY90,000 to facilitate the monetary transaction.

The academy also arranges a telephone line to each of our teacher’s apartments and provides every teacher with a small city car for both business and pleasure. Each teacher being requested to pay the yearly tax/insurance for the said vehicle, coming to around JPY5,000 /JPY115,000 per year respectively.

Part Time.

Our salary for part time teachers is JPY2,500 per hour.

The Academy provides work related accident insurance for all employees.

Country Manager

JOB PURPOSE:

Under the general supervision of the Director, International Business this position exists to manage, direct and control, through subordinate managers, the scheduling, staffing, sales and execution of client contracted operations for multi-unit, multi-site field offices to achieve profitability and service goals in support of overall company objectives. Responsibilities also include development of sales revenue through acquisition of new customers and account management of existing customers, in-country finance, accounting and banking relationships, in-country Human Relations and day-to-day legal matters.

Depending upon the size and stage of development of the country operations, the incumbent may directly supervise varied function managers. These managers are responsible for the operation of single or multi-unit field offices.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:

1. Ensure consistent high quality service from all offices by teaming with subordinate managers within the assigned area to deliver profitable service levels through recruiting, sourcing, effective planning, sales, scheduling, coordination, execution and direct observations of client contracted services.

2. Select, develop, train, monitor and provide general direction to subordinate managers to ensure the successful performance of their principle duties and responsibilities.

3. Ensure subordinate managers grow the business by developing sales with new customers, increasing sales and market share with existing customers, conducting employee training programs to improve productivity, adhering to established expense controls and seeking out new expense control/reduction opportunities, adhering to established standard production procedures, and increasing employee retention.

4. Achieve and monitor long and short-term sales and account management goals, as well as increasing sales revenue in line with corporate goals by developing new customers and increasing company market share of existing accounts.

5. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

KNOWLEDGE:

Normally requires a bachelor’s degree. Requires native Japanese language and English language at a Business level. A thorough understanding of financial statements, applicable local labor and employment laws as well as knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software programs is essential. Must be knowledgeable about the technical nature of the product delivery system.

Distance to work sites will vary and overnight travel is required. Travel by airplane, bus or train will be necessary. Client contracted services can occur at any time of the day or night seven days per week. Generally, work is performed indoors. Occasionally outdoor client contracted services are conducted.

The company runs "b Watashino Eikaiwa" -- one-on-one lifestyle English conversation school that is designed to provide English educational service to specifically female & entry-level customers.

We're now interviewing creative, mature, highly professional female and male English conversation lesson partners (i.e., instructors) for immediate start. Our locations are Ginza, Shinjuku, and Shibuya.

Position Offered:

1) flexible schedule
We are looking for someone who can work on:

a) Weekdays (Tue, Wed, Thur, Fri, and some Mondays)
Start: 17:30, or 18:15
End: 21:55.

b) Sat, Sun, or other holidays
Start: 10:00 - 11:30
End: 18:10 - 18:55

Or combination of any time in above schedule is available. Someone who is looking for a full time position (or equivalent) is also welcomed. Also we actively look for candidates who have past teaching experience of TOEIC. ALTs with evening and weekend availability are also welcome.

Skill requirements:
