受注増に対応するため購買部門の強化を行います。
特にファッションジュエリー、ハイジュエリーの開発が進んでいるため
ダイアモンド・色石の調達力の向上と仕入後の事務処理能力の向上を目指していきます。


●Description of Duties  仕事内容
This position requires creating an environment where high-quality materials can be purchased in a timely manner, procured, managed, and supplied based on sales, production, and development conditions. We will ask this person to collaborate with the other internal departments, and suppliers, to procure materials such as diamonds and sapphires.
販売、生産、開発の状況に合わせて必要な優良品質の素材を、タイムリーに購入できる環境を整え、調達、管理、供給していく仕事です。社内各部署や、サプライヤーとも連携し、ダイアモンド・色石などの原材料調達をお願いします。


* Directly develop overseas suppliers and procure from them.
 ・Travel overseas on business, purchase diamonds and gemstones locally, and negotiate terms (Locations: Hong Kong, India, Thailand, etc.)
 ・Inspect purchased materials
 ・Develop new overseas suppliers
 ・Negotiate purchases from overseas and domestic suppliers via telephone and e-mail, etc.
 ・Administrative duties pertaining to creating supply purchasing plans, and importing/exporting

 ・海外に出張し現地でのダイアモンド・色石等の買い付け、条件交渉 (出張先:香港、インド、タイなど)
 ・仕入れた素材の検品
 ・海外仕入先の新規開拓

 ・仕入れ計画の作成・輸出入に関わる事務処理業務

The Purchasing Department procures diamonds as well as gemstones such as sapphires and rubies. The ability to judge the quality of these precious stones is necessary to successfully engage in procurement duties.
A rigorous training period will be included for those without experience, and such persons will be assigned duties as their abilities permit.
購買部門ではダイアモンドをはじめとしてサファイア・ルビーなどの色石の仕入れを行っています。これらの宝石の善し悪しが判断できなければ仕入れ業務に携わることが出来ません。未経験者であればじっくりと研修期間を設け、出来るところから仕事を任せていきます。

• Work with suppliers to ensure all operational arrangements are made and executed in accordance with the standards of Destination Asia.

Client Overview:


Our Client is a major US Consumer Goods/Retail Company that has around 800 stores worldwide and about 100 stores in Japan.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop pay ranges based on Job Grade and insure the proper relationship between the jobs and the pay ranges. Develop salary recommendation for new hires. Participate in external compensation survey for benchmarking.

  • Coordinate compensation processes like merit increase, promotional increase, annual incentive bonus, stock plan etc..

  • Review monthly all salary and its relevant data including expats in addition to annual incentive bonus for proper accounting. Also review monthly and annual tax reporting and payments.

  • Review and insure that all applications of social and labor insurances with the Government are properly filed, and updated as required according to changes/revisions made by them.

  • Develop / maintain / improve employee retirement benefit plans (DB and DC).


Required Skills



  • Minimum 3-5 years working experience in payroll, its related social insurance and tax

  • Minimum 5-8 years working experience in compensation management area including retirement benefits

  • Knowledge of payroll calculation, income and resident tax, social insurances and retirement benefits

  • Knowledge of payroll accounting
