Our client company started from the research approach to the target companies of M&A, their activities include creation of proposals, negotiation with the seller companies and buyer companies, they also do business from one-stop until closing.

Responsibility:
We need a person who has an experience in Sales (more than 3 years), speak Business English and Japanese, deeply interested in M&A.
As well as the main duty is opening offices abroad, you must support the project from the beginning up to the end.
Duties include: researches, meetings with clients, calculation of risk, law part, researching of region’s features, translation part, Q&A, being responsible of correspondence from clients, business trips, additional researches before office opening and more.
It does not matter if you do not have a long experience in M&A, you will get experience related to M&A and finance while working there. But you must have experience more than 3 years in Sales industry. We need hunters and people who are able to offer, show your potential and ideas, but do tasks well and unconditionally.

Requirements:
– Languages: English and Japanese must be business level and above!
(Japanese clients support requires knowledge of Business Japanese language. As well as support of foreign partners)
– Availability for business trip to Asia countries, including Singapore (1 – 3 times per month/ for 2 – 4 days)
– Experience in corporate sales, financial and business relationship (more than 3 years);
– You must have available working visa in Japan to start full time immediately;
– You must be stress-less;
– You must be energetic, open and communicative;
– Express opinion clearly
– Politeness (as well as you will work with clients you must have Business language skills )

M&Aの対象となる企業へのアプローチ・リサーチからスタートし、提案書の作成、売手企業・買手企業との折衝、クロージングまでワンストップで業務を行います。
全てのM&Aプロセスに携わる事ができるのも弊社の特徴の一つです。
■財務やM&Aに関する実務経験は入社してから覚えていって頂きますので知識・経験は問いません。
Ｍ＆Ａは未経験でも、一から勉強したい！と言う強い興味がある方、歓迎します。
■現地訪問をして提案交渉サポートも行って頂きます。
【M&Aに関わる営業内容】
・業界選定や研究、リサーチからスタートして、提案書の作成や依頼企業・対象企業との折衝、クロージングまでワンストップ業務を行います。また、相互間で正しく契約内容や交渉内容が理解できる様、翻訳や通訳も行ってもらいます。先ずはサポート業務から始めてもらい、最終的には一人でM&A業務を完結出来る、M&Aのプロになれるように様々な業務を行ってもらいます。
【具体的業務】
・業界選定・研究、M&Aリサーチ、リスト取得・作成、DM作成・発送業務⇒反響対応
・依頼企業の意向確認、M&A戦略の立案、提案書作成、買収/売却に係るディール検討
・想定売却価値意見書/目論見書(IM)の作成及び確認（日本語で作成・翻訳）
・候補先企業選定（ロングリスト→ショートリスト化)、候補先企業への説明（ティーザー）
・Ｑ＆Ａ対応、両者トップ面談対応
・基本合意締結サポート、デューデリジェンスに係るサポート
・最終合意締結サポート
【その他営業事務内容】
海外出張に伴う手配や事務作業等も行って貰います。海外オフィスにはスタッフが常駐してはいないため、出張時に管理確認や維持等の業務を行って貰います。
●具体的には・・・
・候補先関連場所(工業、店舗等)の視察サポート(通訳含む)
・航空チケット及び宿泊先等予約手配
・海外オフィス(シンガポール)の備品管理 他
■体力に自信のある方、行動力・バイタリティのある方
■コミュニケーション能力の高い方（クライアントと行動を共にすることが多くある為重要スキル）
■語学：英語・日本語ビジネスレベル
■シンガポールを含むアジア圏各国に出張可能な方（目安：月1～3回/各2～4日程度）
■あると好ましい経験・経歴
法人営業経験・金融関係業務従事経験
■商習慣が違う海外との取引でもストレスを感じず、柔軟な対応が出来る方。
■能動的に動く事ができ、自らの意見を形にしてプレゼンテーションが出来る方歓迎。
売却の立場と買収の立場の両方から行います。どちらの立場に立つかによって業務内容も変化します。
