Job Description

【Responsibility/Activity】

• Agents would have to review ads as per Ads Review Policies to make sure all the ads reviewed are compliant as per policies.

• Agents will have to work on queries from sales/optimisation teams for reviewing ads.

• Investigate and validate any ad-funded content running on our network by enforcing one’s advertising policies. 

• Manage and achieve ad review Service Level Agreements (SLAs) by leveraging vendor partnerships and developing efficient workflow practices.

• Manage and respond to escalations from internal and external stakeholders within designated service levels as appropriate.
