Preschool Teacher
The successful candidate will be reliable, and a team player with a positive attitude.
A degree in Early Childhood Education is a definite plus, however an equivalent experience of teaching in an international preschool would be considered as eligible candidates. On your application please give details of your previous working experience along with all relevant qualifications.
Students: children (Age from 1 to 7)
# of students: 10 children in a class (Working with Japanese assistant teacher.)
Programs: 1. Preschool: 4 – 5 hours / After School: 2hours
Curriculum will be supplied by school manager, a pile of class preparation at outside of class room is basically not required. However teacher’s meeting will be held regularly to maintain teaching quality.
Commencement date: September 1st, 2011
It would be preferable transition to start working from middle of August for training,
and taking over the class from current teacher.
Contract Period: Renewable one-year
Wage: 200,000yen - 250,000yen / month (full time)
1800yen-2200yen / hour(part-time)

*** Potential for visa sponsorship/renewal.
*** No sick holiday.
Working Day/Hours:
Monday to Saturday: 9:00 - 18:00
Working 4-5days a week, yearly working shift is to be determined at the interview.
Paid Holidays: 5 weeks/year approx.
2 weeks in August, 2 weeks in Christmas/New Year's holidays, 1 week in Golden Week in May). Staff calendar is provided in advance.
