Our client is well-known Group of private schools which provide after-school care and pre-school programs for children aged between 3 and 12. The school is searching for Native English speakers to work with children in the age of 3 – 12 years.


The main aim of school is to provide a relaxed and friendly atmosphere for children to ensure that they can learn English in an enjoyable atmosphere.

We are looking for friendly, kind and amiable teachers who love children and want to see their progress in learning English, people who like playing while teaching and want to see his and student’s achievements.


As well as the job is After-school and Preschool teacher, you must be interesting in working with children and do not be stressful while teaching.


Job type: 3 moths – 1 year contract. (Renewable)


Duties:



– Teach English to children;



– Make different programs, courses and teaching plans of lessons;



– Playing with children;



– School work support;


Requirements:



– English level must be fluent and above



– English pronunciation must be natural



– You must love children and be interested in working with them;



– Residing in Japan now;



– Full time availability;



– You must be friendly, kind and calm person



– Bachelor’s degree or above from an accredited college or university



– Demonstrates leadership qualities and a strong willingness to work in a team



– Have an interest in Japan and Japanese culture


Salary: 250 000 yen per month


Location: Tokyo, Chiba, Kanagawa, Saitama (more schools will open outside of Tokyo area)


Working Hours: 9:00 to 20:00


8 hours/day (Plus an additional 1 hour Lunch break)



There are two shifts:



1) 9:00 – 18:00



2) 13:00 – 20:00


You must be flexible, because the schedule changes every week (1 to 2 and contrariwise)


Trial period: 1 month (the salary during trial period will be 1500 yen hourly wage)



First week in the office and 3 weeks of OJT.


Holidays:


5 days per week (In a case of thematic holiday/party (Christmas or Halloween) you have to work 1 additional day a week – Saturday. About 1 time a month. Sunday will always be a holiday.)



Paid public holidays, summer/winter holiday, paid holiday, and miscellaneous holidays (Christmas does not become a holiday. As well as there are Christmas events in school you have to present till Japanese National winter holidays will start – New Year)
