Consultant / Associate will mainly be responsible for:



• Sourcing the highest quality professionals in Japan for our multinational clients.



• Understand the recruitment process and complete the process independently with



minimum supervision.



• Managing candidate and client relationships with senior management.

Qualification:



• At least one year’s work experience. Sales or consulting experience is a plus but not



required



• Demonstrate ability and desire to learn about industry



• Developing good industry knowledge/network



• Strong communication skills



• Accountable for own job



• Demonstrated capability to work in fast paced and dynamic work situations.



• Fluency in Japanese and business-level English required.
