Back/Front End Engineer

Our client have a team of EXCEPTIONALLY talented video Game fan boys/girls on their rapidly growing, highly successful mobile offerings. This team is building their portfolio of their hit-making mobile apps, bringing great casual game titles and an experience to their ever-growing customer base.

They need an experienced back end/front end developer to help them deliver the best possible experience to mobile users.

You will join their team of engineers in developing games and platform technology for mobile. This work will be done in Unity (Client side) and PHP (Server side) allowing them to publish the work to iOS and Android.

If you’ve got game development experience, good problem solving skills, and the ability to pick up new technologies quickly, then we seriously need to talk!

Location: Shibuya-ku



Position: Haken (long term)



Working hours: 10:00-19:00



Salary: JPY2,000-JPY2,300/h

■Qualifications:



・Server side: 1+ yrs experience with LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP)



・Client side: 1+ yrs of experience with Unity or 2+ yrs with C#



・Native Fluency in English



・conversational fluency in Japanese

■Desired skills:



・Bachelor’s degree



・Experience in mobile development and operations



・Experience developing consumer games



・Experience developing and operating online games



・Knowledge of algorithms and data structure



・Experience with Agile/Scrum



・Experience building large-scale traffic control systems



・working knowledge of PHP (Zend framework)



・Experience with Kyoto Visualization System (KVS)
