Business Skill Trainer ‹ Japan Guide - 2015
This position involves conducting pre-training level assessment interviews, leading business skill training based on course curricula/activities, helping trainees acquire specific business skills, and writing end of training reports. In addition to this, there will be other tasks that will be explained at the interview.

Responsibilities/Duties
-Learn and deliver global business training programs developed by Berkeley House Language Center.
-Carry out pre-training assessment of trainees` language skill level and understand their needs.
-Improve training curricula and activities by revising the contents.
-Provide classroom training including lectures, case studies, role plays, discussions and feedbacks.
-Document performance and complete trainee reports/assessment and suggestions for further skill improvement.
-Other related tasks as assigned by office staff and management.
