技術の発展方向性を設定し、シリンダーヘッド、シリンダーボディーの構造、機材と製造プロセスの企画
エンジニアの指導、シリンダーヘッド、シリンダーボディーの検証業務
社内ガソリンエンジン、ディーゼルエンジンの概念設計
社内と社外資源の総括
若手エンジニアの育成と開発チームの管理
Required Skills
日本の自動車メーカで勤務経験のある方
エンジン開発経験及びエンジンシリンダーヘッド、ジリンダーボディー開発経験者
CAEでシリンダーヘッド、シリンダーボディーの分折と応用出来る方
エンジンの性能、NVH,熱費、重量基準がシリンダーヘッド及びシリンダーボディーに対しての設計要求を熟知してる方
エンジン技術の発展方向を予想出来る方
