English Teacher at International School ‹ Japan Guide - 2015

English Teacher 　at INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL , From April

We are looking for an English teacher, teach children from 4 to 12 year old, and also lesson for adult.

(We are looking for also Chinese teacher who speaks mandarin and Japanese　or English)

Sagamihara City, Kanagawa



13　min by walk from Odakyusagamihara Station of Odakyu Line

Starting date: April 1st, 2015

From around 16:00 to around 20:00 on weekday



From around 9:00 to around 15:00 on weekend



※4 hours on average

Requirements:



– More than 3 years’ teaching experience



– TEFL/TESOL/CELTA



– If you are an inexperienced person, you need to have the strong will being professional teacher, and prepare some activities & organize for every lesson.

- Salary:



JPY2000 ～ JPY3200 per 1hour plus transportation fee



※ JPY1000/hour – Lesson preparation or assistant teacher



※ Average JPY10,000/day (Depending on the number of students, your experience.)

Please come for an interview and do a lesson on trial.

The trial lesson should last 20 minutes and you may use your own lesson



tools or you can use our materials



At that time, please bring your ID card. (If you have any certificate of education, please bring it also. E.g. letter of recommendation, TESOL, TOEIC or teaching certificate. It’s not absolute requirement.)

- Students Age:



Around 4　to 12 years old. And adults.

- School Opening Date:



Monday to Friday.



And 3 or 4 days per month on Saturday, Sunday or national holidays

It is possible to work once a week, but we prefer a person who can work 2 days or more per week.

It is important for you to enjoy working, and we believe it is the key to a good lesson.

We provide some text book & lesson target for each levels.



A curriculum is provided but experience planning own lessons is a plus.
