Graphic Designer / グラフィック デザイナー

Montfort Tokyo is seeking talented Graphic Designers to join its office.

Montfort Advertising is one of the largest independent B2B marketing and communications agencies in Europe. Montfort Advertising was founded in 1981 and quickly expanded on the years that followed by widening the scope of its activities and by extending its reach. Currently at four locations, Austria, Liechtenstein, Chicago and Shanghai, Montfort Advertising offers comprehensive international services in the areas of marketing, corporate and financial communications, as well as trade show and exhibitions.

Now Montfort Advertising is coming to Tokyo as fifth location of the Montfort Group. This is a great opportunity to gain experience working in a leading B2B communications agency in an international environment.

We are looking for motivated designers to join our team in Tokyo. The designers will work mainly on print products, brochures, product mailings, invitation cards and other print and event collateral. Main focus of these tasks will be to adapt the previously approved layouts for the Japanese market.

Tasks

1. Design and layout of brochures, mailings and other print collateral


2. Language adaptations according to corporate design rules


3. Creative ideas for B2B advertising 

Required Skills

Requirements:

1. Bachelors Degree in graphic design, multi-media or related field


2. 1-3 years experience in graphic design


3. Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient.


4. Able to remain flexible through multiple revisions while keeping a keen attention to detail


5. Possess expert understanding of creating files for print and digital


6. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite. Photo editing/retouching skills a plus


7. Team player, easy going, ability to work with people with different backgrounds


8. Native Japanese and fluent English language skills, any level of German is a plus
