Our goal is to find a staff member who can support our management team as a full time member. The position would involve management duties on a project basis as well as supporting teaching staff in executing their duties. Possible duties might include teaching, recruitment, training of new staff, performance reviews, curriculum development and other office work.

An ideal candidate for us would have teaching experience in Japan, good knowledge of Japanese work culture and customer relations. Japanese language skill would also be a benefit to applicants, but not strictly necessary.

Working days for this position will be Monday to Friday with weekends and national holidays off. In addition to 10 paid days leave in the first year there is also a summer and New Year holiday. Working hours will be from 9:00 to 18:00 each day.
