Job Details

Salary: 280,000 yen + free accommodation and transportation expenses.



We occasionally provide a higher rate for Master’s-level degree holders in Education or Linguistics-related fields or candidates that hold a teaching license.

We expect our teachers to take initiative in the work that they do, to problem-solve with us and with the client school, to find ways to maximize their value-added.

The expectation is that you will share ideas with and borrow ideas from teachers that work at our other client schools. We are developing online solutions for this purpose, and we expect our teachers to work with us in optimizing the effectiveness of these online solutions.

The teachers that we value most highly are those that not only strive to get the best possible results at the schools where they are working, but also seek out opportunities to learn from other educators across the greater community of educators.

If you are sensitive about sharing your ideas or allowing your managers or other teachers to learn about the details of what you do in the room, then this might not be the right job for you. Unlike other agencies, your monthly salary does not get cut during vacation months.

We ONLY consider applicants who have English as their first language. And good Japanese language ability is advantageous to analyze or find out students’ problem, but not a prerequisite.

Also, we employ working-visa-holders only. Though we can provide a visa sponsorship when you renew your current working visa.
