Part time English teacher for high school ‹ Japan Guide - 2015

Part time position of teaching English at high school in Tokyo

Job description: You will have a conversation base of English lesson at high school. You will be in charge of mainly the 1st and 2ng grades. Also you have to attend teachers’ meetings, make exams, record listening materials and do grading as well.

Location: 15 minutes from Hachimanyama station on Keio line or Chitose-funabashi station on Odakyu line

Work schedule: Monday through Friday except for Wednesday



*The class schedule has not issued yet but your class time will be sometime between 8:30 and 3:10.

Wages: Depends on the duty



Lessons: 4,000yen/lesson (you will have up from 13 to 15 lessons per week)



Other duties: 2,000yen/hour (you will have 2 or 3 hours for recording, meetings and other duties)

Transportation cost: will be fully covered besides the wage



**Estimate your payment: minimum 56,000yen/week

Class size: up to 15



Start: April 2015



Contract: yearly

1. Please accept the payment condition is by a lesson, so your income will be fluctuated during the holiday/school vacation time.
