Project Manager / プロジェクトマネージャー

Montfort Tokyo is seeking a talented Project Manager to join its office.

Montfort Advertising is one of the largest independent B2B marketing and communications agencies in Europe. Montfort Advertising was founded in 1981 and quickly expanded on the years that followed by widening the scope of its activities and by extending its reach. Currently at four locations, Austria, Liechtenstein, Chicago and Shanghai, Montfort Advertising offers comprehensive international services in the areas of marketing, corporate and financial communications, as well as trade show and exhibitions.

Now Montfort Advertising is coming to Tokyo as fifth location of the Montfort Group. This is a great opportunity to gain experience working in a leading B2B communications agency in an international environment. 

The position will closely liaise with our clients’ marketing executives in Japan as well as our HQ in Austria. Key responsibilities are the management, organisation and production supervision of direct mailings (from small invitation mailings to large product mailings), product brochures and other print collateral for Japan. Additional responsibilities are the concept, design, organisation and production supervision of mega prints for show, showroom and outdoor use as well as supporting our HQ in creating online materials of all kind.

Required Skills

Requirements

1. University degree in Marketing or Business Management.


2. 3-5 years work experience in the area of Project Management


3. Experienced in organising events and leading a team of designers.


4. Able to manage multiple projects and remain flexible through multiple revisions while keeping a keen attention to detail


5. Team player, easy going, ability to work with people with different backgrounds


6. Strong presentation skills.


7. Fluent Japanese, English, and German language skills


8. Basic knowledge of graphic programs
