Our company assists members of the foreign community find expat style housing, and helps them in various aspects of their life (bank accounts, utility set-up etc).
An ideal relocation consultant would be a hard working long-term foreign resident of Japan, or Japanese person who has experienced long-term residency in a foreign country.
Duties would include everything from housing tours, to set-up of utilities and accounts, and the facilitation of in-depth relocation orientation programs. Internet and computer abilities also a must, as well as a high level of organization and dedication to the job.
OVERVIEW
Your Primary focus will be to manage and coordinate all aspects of the relocation of expats and their families into Japan. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
• Understanding and assessing expat needs and requirements
• Coordinating all aspects of the relocation program in Japan
• Managing communication and reporting with global relocation and multi-national
companies throughout the relocation process
• Establishing and building client relationships
WORKING CONDITIONS
• Full time position (9am – 6pm, Monday – Friday) – Work attendance on Saturday may be required.
• Begin as 1 year contract employee (3 months probation period included).
Full-time contract to be considered based on performance

REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS
• Relocation or real estate industry experience preferred
• Business level Japanese / English and fluency in another foreign language advantageous
• At least 2 years work experience in a Japanese office environment
• Bright, outgoing, friendly personality
• Ability to work as part of an international community
• Nagoya local area knowledge preferred
• Intermediate computer skills – Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook
• Holds an International OR Japanese Drivers License
