Description
Provide technical leadership in the design and development of automotive wiring harness
Qualifications:
• Harness Design (Main job)
o Construction of automotive wiring systems in Catia V5 and NX
o Performing studies in the DMU
o Creation of package and mounting concepts
o Development of concepts and problem solving with the client
o Basically knowledge of EUROPE OEM’s development tools or experience in the field of Automotive Electrical Systems
• Project Management (Sub job)
o Project management & support Korean Engineer
o The role of coordinator in close consultation with the client
o Change Management for prototypes & series production
• CAD/CAE (skill)
o Construction and application of 3D models
o Proficiency in CATIA V5, SIEMENS NX or equivalent software
o Analysis of dimensions and geometric tolerances
o Computer aided modeling of mold and stamping tools
Education & Experience
o 3+years with a major tier1 supplier of automotive automotive wiring harness
o Minimum bachelor of science engineering degree or technical equivalent
o German & English language fluency a strong plus
