Description
Heart English School is looking for native English-speaking teachers who can start working right away. The position is for public elementary and junior high schools in Saitama Prefecture.

General details:



– Contract starting date: ASAP



– Contract ending date: January, February, or March (Depends on specific position)



– Basically Monday to Friday (2-5 days a week depending on the specific position)



– Working hours: typical public school hours (e.g. 8:30-16:15, 8:30-16:00, 8:15-16:15)



– Ample vacation time during summer and winter breaks



– Accommodations will be either company arranged apartments or guest/share houses depending on the location in Saitama.



– Visa sponsorship available if you meet the requirements.


Basic requirements:



– Native-level English ability



– Driving ability may be necessary for some positions (If necessary, you must have valid Japanese or International Driver’s License; if needed Heart can lease a company car for 20,000 yen per month, which includes all insurance costs.)



– BA/BS degree or higher from a university



– Some experience teaching English or working with children



– Some Japanese ability strongly preferred (*but not necessarily required)



– Friendly with a desire to teach and work with children



– Flexible and able to work well with many different types of teachers and students



– Independent and able to fulfill a one-year contract
