Job Description

Our Client is seeking a Project Manager who will implement far-reaching changes across its finance section. The Project Manager will provide hands-on project management execution to successfully implement various financial system implementations and system upgrades. The role will extend to leading process improvements throughout the finance section.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years Hands-on Project management experience in Insurance in a Project Lead role


• Experience in Finance Projects Management (i.e. Financial Systems) with coverage of 20-100+ users


• Japanese / English Language Skills; English will be mandatory


• Recent Project Experience in implementing Financial Systems in Insurance


• Experience with the project management cycle standards of PMBOK – PMI methodology


• Experience working effectively with External consultants & with IT


• Excellent documentation skills and usage of: MS Powerpoint, MS Project, and MS Excel


• Global business mindset; solid project experience working effectively with global project teams


• PMP qualification – Preferred


• University degree (Mandatory)
