Job Description



The FIX Support Specialist will perform support for Order Management systems using a combination of FIX and XML messaging, mainly for clients in the asset management industry. They will be concentrating on troubleshooting for connectivity issues and involved in proactive communication with the clients. In cases where the issue cannot be resolved locally, escalation will be to overseas based teams in a number of locations.



Required Skills



Our client requires candidates with previous Order Management Systems (OMS) experience in a support capacity with FIX knowledge.
Broad knowledge base on either equities or fixed income trade flows is a bonus.
In addition general knowledge of Wide Area Network(WAN) and Local Area Network (LAN) with ability to customer support will be a bonus skill.
Applicants need to have fluent to native level Japanese, with business level English skills.
