International School Part Time Teacher ‹ Japan Guide - 2015

Saturday School runs from 10:00 to 14:00. Teachers are responsible for planning and conducting lessons based on our curriculum. We have classes for students who go to Japanese kindergartens and elementary schools, and advanced class for those who have graduated our kindergartens.

Summer School classes will run Monday to Friday from July 21st to August 28th with a one week Obon holiday break from August 10th to 14th. Elementary Classes will run between July 27th and August 28th for up to three weeks with a one week Obon holiday break from August 10th to 14th. Working hours are 8:50 am to 5:00 pm each day. Summer School classes are from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. During the other times you will have either a break, supervision time, or preparation time.

Applicants should hold a working visa, a degree and have experience teaching English to children in Japan. Teachers should also be energetic and creative educators who love to interact with children.

Transportation Allowance: up to 1,250 yen per day
