IT Strategy & Business Planning Leader - 2015

・ Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills – Fluency in Japanese and English is required
・ Broad and in-depth knowledge of effective technology solutions for the financial services industry
・ Proven strategist with experience in managing in a complex financial services environment.
・ Analytical capability and IT process management experience
・ Strong relationship builder-ability to influence, persuade and collaborate team work across multiple stakeholder groups (both in Country and Region)
・ Ability to partner across IT, cultivating strong relationships, and establishing consensus
・ Business Planning – ability to motivate teams to produce a quality output, while managing multiple cross functional/country relationships. Develop action plans and time lines to deliver planned outcomes
・ Change Management: effectively manage and communicate change. Implement decisions even if unpopular. Proactively removes blockage
・ Customer Focus: understands internal and external customer needs and expectations. Implements effective ways to monitor and respond to customers
・ Financial Decision making: make effective decisions to enable business targets to be achieved and exceeded.
・ Conflict resolution: confronting and managing conflict resolution, objectively view conflict from all sides, initiate actions and outcomes to resolve conflict in a way that maintains relationships.
