Shopping guide / Customer Support (Ginza) ‹ YAMAGATA　INTECH株式会社 ‹ ACCJ Jobs - 2015

A company of famous Chains of Japanese Luxury Shopping centers is looking for Native English shopping guides to help foreign guest do shopping, tourism, choosing restaurants, order taxi and etc.


We need a person who has experience in service industry / customer support / office work who are interested in fashion and working as shopping guide for foreign customers.

Duties:

- Supporting foreign customers in different cases such as:



shopping



searching a restaurant



ordering taxi



clothing coordination



tax return process;

- Translation / Interpretation;



– Recording of announcement for customers;



– Mail correspondence (Overseas);



– Greeting customers;

Requirements:

- Service / Customer support experience;



– Business level of Japanese language;



– Native level: English or Chinese (both will be a big plus!)



– PC basic skills (Word, Excel and etc.)

Additional information:

If you speak both English and Chinese you may work as multilingual staff.

Working hours: 9:00 – 21:10 (7 hours 55 min + 90 min)



Working days: Shift type (5 days a week + 2 days off)



*Sometimes you have to work on weekends but take 2 days off during weekdays.

・外国人顧客のお買いものサポート（電話通訳含む）



・通訳翻訳業務（従業員への外国語のサポート含む）



・メール電話での外国人からの問合せ対応



・店内外のご案内などのコンシェルジュ業務



・英語/中国語での店内放送



・免税カウンター及び観光案内所業務の補助等

・常識/接客スキルレベルがOJTで対応できる範囲であること　　



・日本国内または、海外の日系企業で社会人経験があること　



・サービス業での接客経験があること　



・日本語ビジネス　　



・英語・中国語中級以上　



・中国語＋英語（TOEIC600点以上）が堪能な日本人歓迎



・日本語（N1)＋英語（TOEIC600点以上）が堪能な中国人・台湾人歓迎　



・25～40歳の女性が活躍しています



・Excel/Wordの業務仕様経験

勤務時間：　9:00～21:10　の間で実働7時間55分（＋休憩90分）のシフト制



休日：　週休2日制（就業カレンダーに基づくシフト制）　年間休日114日
