Client Business Partner (CBP) - The Nielsen Company - 日本





Create and grow long term client engagement/relationships across multiple functions within the client service organization in the local/global teams.
  • Understand client strategic business priorities and align Nielsen assets to deliver against them through consultative selling by ensuring alignment to the local/global strategy.

  • Drive actionable recommendations that are aligned to client business issues.

  • Deliver an amazing experience for the client.

  • Develop Client Relationships

    • Lead the business relationship between Nielsen and the client.

    • Drive collaborative one voice engagements to solve client business issues.

    • Penetration of senior decision makers across clients’ functional teams.

    • Contribute to the Strategic Account Planning process and vision for the client.

    • Pro-actively resolve client issues by engaging other Nielsen support groups as needed.

    Revenue

    • Responsible for overall local revenue targets including renewal and fulfillment of locally contracted revenue.

    • Identify revenue growth opportunities and coordinate business development effort, at the local level.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor’s or higher degree

    • Results orientated, positive mind holder to get client satisfaction/engagement with strong relationship building skills

    • Active listening of client needs, and negotiation skills , solution sales experience with proven track record of growing and exceeding revenue targets

    • Expert knowledge of statistics, research techniques and methodologies desired

    • Effective Oral and written communication skills

    • Language: Native-level Japanese and Business-level English
