Equipment Operator Foreman - Fluor Corp. - 日本

Supervises a team of subcontractor and/or labor broker personnel, in accordance with the “General Supervisory Duties and Responsibilities” addendum.

Position may be located in a war zone in a contingency environment with harsh, dangerous working and living conditions, which may include carrying and wearing up to 40 pounds of personal protective equipment for extended periods of time. To ensure compliance with safety, health and security requirements in the contract, all employees will be literate in English (read, write, speak and understand).

Basic Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent and 3 years of directly related experience is required. A valid driver’s / operator’s license is required.

Comprehensive knowledge of the concepts, methods, standards and practices of these operations is required;

Other Job Requirements

– Physically, the worker must be capable of exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
