- Support and advice marketing teams on appropriate approaches to range efficiency and profitability management
- Run the regular reporting as well as ad hoc analysis that supports the decision-making process for marketing counterparts through SBP, regular forecasting and monthly reports
- Manage and support the product marketing and finance teams in the area of planning & target setting with a focus on the KPI?fs: net sales, margin, volume, range sizes, operating expenses
- Support the rollout of the Go-In Margin Tool in the Creation Center Tokyo and the continued implementation
- Advise and collaborate with global and local marketing operations and product marketing to ensure streamlined processes and procedures
- Manage the development of the existing global product coding structures and train product marketing teams on appropriate method to coding

- 2-3 years work experience with proven track record in Finance and/or Marketing function
- Fluent Japanese, business level English, Mandarin a plus
- Very good MS-Office skills, excellent Excel, SAP knowledge a plus
- Ability to identify issues and draw conclusions by analyzing different sources in complex setups
- Good planning and organization skills to work independently and perform a variety of tasks with different levels of complexity
- Effective interpersonal communication skills allowing successful collaboration in different cultures and the ability to manage an intern from a different location
- Excellent problem solving skills to find a common ground and develop solutions
