Job Description

1. 本学の博士学位審査過程を管理する。
2. 論文審査および卒業に関わるプロセスの遂行、規則の施行、手続きの実施を行う。
3. 口頭試問のスケジュールを管理する。
4. 学外審査委員の旅行の手配・調整を行う
5. 論文審査委員のために学内スケジュールの調整を行う。
6. カリキュラム・審査委員会（Curriculum and Examinations Committee）を補佐する。
7. 論文指導委員会（Thesis Supervisory Committees）を補佐する。

 

 

1. Administer OIST PhD degree examinations
2. Implement process, rules, and procedures for examinations and graduation
3. Schedule oral examinations
4. Coordinate travel arrangements for external examiners
5. Manage OIST schedule for examiners
6. Support Curriculum and Examinations Committee
7. Support Thesis Supervisory Committees
