Full-time English Teacher for Children ‹ Japan Guide - 2015


ManaViva is currently recruiting a reliable, enthusiastic, native English instructor who is able to teach children’s lessons at our branch school.


In addition, there is a possibility that we may require the successful applicant to teach a number of lessons at some nurseries in the Tokyo area.


The successful candidate will be teaching students ranging from babies to around 11 years of age in groups of around 5 to 8 students.

Successful applicants must:



Be GENKI.



Be NATIVE English speakers.



Be able to work as part of a team.



Have at least 6 months teaching experience in Japan working with children.



Have a valid work visa (Student and Tourist Visas are no longer accepted).



Have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required.



Conversational level Japanese is a plus.



Have a passion and enthusiasm to teach children.



Have great creativity in making unique programs and lesson plans.


The following are some examples of our daily work:



・Give children an interesting and fun experience.



・Make programs, lesson plans, and lead classes.



・Support school management.


Transportation costs will be covered by ManaViva and training will be provided.



5 days work week (Sundays off plus 1 additional day a week) and we also offer all Japanese holidays off, plus a summer and winter break.
