ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Established in 1972, Saiei International now runs 15 English schools and 1 English kindergarten in Saitama and Chiba Prefectures, providing high-quality lessons to over 3,000 students ranging from pre-school children to senior citizens.


Saiei International adopts a unique and innovative method where Japanese and Foreign teachers work together to maximize students’ comprehension and participation. As per our Mission Statement, we believe that the students should speak more than 80% in class and the teacher should serve as a coach, facilitating conversation.


We are now recruiting dedicated and professional English Instructors, who love children and also are good at working as part of a team. We see our foreign staff as part of our team. WORKING CONDITIONS:


Position: English Instructor


Contract Type: Full-time, one-year contract (renewable based on performance)



 Part time positions are also available


Work Location: Saitama and Chiba Prefectures


Benefits: Initial two-week comprehensive training



 Transportation is paid up to 30,000 yen a month



 Social Insurance (National Pension, Health Insurance and Unemployment



Insurance)



Visa sponsorship and accommodation are available upon request



Training opportunities, monthly workshops, lesson quality checks to develop



teaching techniques


Vacation and Holidays: 2 days off per week (a Sunday and 1 week day)

4. Leave as stipulated in Japanese Laborer’s Law


REQUIREMENTS AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


Prospective Applicant Requirements: Must be a native-level speaker



Must reside in Japan



Friendly, flexible and constructive



Enthusiastic, professional and be willing to learn



Must enjoy working with children



Eager to improve one’s teaching skills



Work well in a team


*Teaching experience is favorable, but not required


Responsibilities: Work 5 days per week (up to 40 working hours per week)



Prepare lessons based on a class curriculum



Prepare progress reports for students



Teach classes ranging in size from 3-10 students (ages 2 years old and up)



Do office work to help the school when required
