Job Description

• Network management – Cisco router, switch support and ability to support causes of complex failure


• Management and updating of operations


• Engineering support – network changes, procedures drafting, implementation and support of change, updating related documentation after changes


• Customer facing


• General project support – Basic design, detailed design, testing, introduction, documentation

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)


• Native level Japanese Business level English


• Basic knowledge or general interest in carrier service


• Strong experience with Cisco hardware


• Strong communication skills
