Job Description

Capgemini Japan is seeking a Salesforce Consultant for Data migration project at or client site.

-          Our client is one of major temporary staffing companies in the world, and the selected candidate would join our project team there.

-          The Salesforce Consultant must be passionate about handling data migration and code deployment using data loader in SFDC environments. In this position, you will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and will determine how the Salesforce can be configured to fulfill their requirements.

-          Work location: Tokyo

Required Skills

Japanese:  Native Level / English:  Daily – Business Level                                              

Skills and experience:

-    Looking for a candidate with 2 – 5 years Salesforce exposure, Data Loader

-     Experience with Data Migration / Data Cleansing Protocol / Hands on SQL experience

-     Experience with relational database concepts and knowledge of various database access methods 

-     Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese

-     Business English communication skill is a plus

Personal Characteristics:

-       Ability to evaluate and communicate project status

-          Proven analytical and problem solving skills

-     Ability to work independently to turn customer requirements into SFDC environments
