Job Description

Successful candidate will be working closely to support the Japanese director on various tasks, key responsibilities may include:

• Providing value-added input to help smoothing out the operation


• Creating and preparing internal presentations/documents


• Meetings arrangement


• Scheduling and arranging business trips


• Ad-hoc projects

Required Skills

• Business English level/ Native level Japanese


• MS Office skills


• High customer service mentality and great people skills


• Team oriented and have ability to assist


• Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize
