Job Description




Our client is looking for an energetic Customer Success Manager to drive related customer-facing initiatives at an international tech start-up.? Securing long-term business relationships with existing key customers is one of the major functions of the Customer Success Manager. This position will put you at the forefront of the fast-growing mobile and big-data industries and give you the opportunity to work with the most dynamic companies in the world-from international multinationals to start-ups that are working on the next big thing.? Our client is currently 100+ people and growing at an exponential pace. Our client is the industry leader in app store analytics and market intelligence with clients that include Google, Microsoft, GREE, and EA. You will have an important role in building a global company across locations in the US, Europe, and Asia, You will be a part of the sales team and support sales activities, reporting directly to the Global Customer Success department head.




Required Skills




  • At least 3 years of working experience in related field in Japan

  • Experienced working with and supporting international customers (big and start-up) over email, telephone and Skype

  • Business savvy; ability to translate business needs into data and product requirements

  • Data analysis experience

  • Attention to detail and ability to produce highly accurate analysis

  • Mobile and app store knowledge

  • Fluent in Japanese / Fluent in English
