Job Description
In this position, you will be handling technical issues that have come up with the e-commerce cloud platform that they provide. You will be dealing with problems that have been escalated by other support teams and will need to troubleshoot or escalate issues to the US team to resolve these issues. Depending on certain situations, you will also give consultation to clients along with Sales/Presales members to advise clients on technical issues.
