①仕事内容

クライアントのWebサイトのパフォーマンス改善を行うコンサルティングを行う仕事です。

【具体的には】



・Webコンサルティング業務



　中規模～大規模サイト向けのSEO設計、UI・UX改善を行っていただきます。SEO設計ではWebサイトの基本構造からテクニカルな部分までの改善提案を行い、



　検索エンジンから評価されるための最適なプランを策定、導入していただきます。UI・UX改善ではユーザーテストを根拠としたUI改善を提案し、



　ROI（顧客利益）を最大化させてください。



・チーム、部のマネジメント、KPIの設定・管理



　仕事に慣れてきたら、4～5名からなるチームのリーダーとして、メンバーのマネジメント、KPIの設定、KPI達成のための施策の施行をお任せします。



　事業部や会社全体を見渡しながら、数年後の株式公開に向けた組織改善、チーム改善の提案を積極的に行っていただける方を求めています。

④給与

年収：480万円〜810万円



■月給制



正社員：400,000円～670,000円（経験・能力を考慮の上、当社規定により優遇致します）



■昇給：年2回（1月、7月の半期人事面談にて査定）

① Job Description

It is a job to do consulting to perform the performance improvement of client Web sites.

[Specifically]



· Web consulting business



Medium-sized ~ SEO design for large-scale site, you will be performing the UI · UX improvement. It performs improvement proposal until technical part from the basic structure of the Web site in the SEO design,



And formulate an optimal plan for to be evaluated from the search engine, you will be introduced. In the UI · UX improvement proposed a UI improvement was the basis of the user test,



Please have a ROI (customer benefit) was maximized.



Team, part of the management, configuration and management of KPI



As you become familiar with the work, as the leader of a team which consists of 4-5 people, members of management, the setting of the KPI, and then leave the enforcement of measures for the KPI achievement.

– 3 years of work experience in the Web industry.

Annual income: 4.8 million yen to 8.1 million yen

Permanent employees: 400,000 yen yen 670,000 (on top of the consideration of the experience and ability, we will preferential treatment by our regulations)
