Description:
Seeking for a talented Inside Sales Manager to lead and manage a team of development representatives responsible for generating leads and pipeline for our Japan sales organization. These teams are responsible for inbound and outbound lead qualification and prospecting, working closely with marketing and sales teams to identify potential new customers as well as new sales opportunities with existing accounts. The successful candidate will demonstrate competence in leadership and management; expertise in lead generation, telemarketing, and sales prospecting; as well as proven success in performance management with metrics.

Responsibilities
•Hire, Train, and Manage a team of Inside Sales Reps
•Motivate Individuals and Team to exceed objectives through coaching, regular broadcast of results, and creative incentives
•Work closely with Marketing and Alliances on defining Campaign follow-up and reporting and on lead quantity and quality
•Work closely with Sales Reps to ensure we drive pipeline as needed to meet business requirements and growth.
•Work closely with Operations to make recommendations on process improvements
•Identify and make recommendations for improvement and innovation in the areas of Process, Efficiency, Productivity
•Regularly report and manage Team/Individual Results - Lead Quantity, Quality, Revenue?

Required Skills / Experience
•Experience in software sales, preferably in CRM or enterprise applications, with a consistent proven track record of over achievement of quota expectation
•Proven experience managing teams in multiple locations
•Experience in developing and training sales teams
•Proven experience successfully managing people to achieve and exceed performance goals
•Outstanding communication, organizational and time management skills
•Bachelors degree

Desired Skills / Experience
•Prior experience and knowledge of Cloud Computing technologies would be an advantage
•Experience with salesforce.com applications are a plus
