Our client is a very large Outsourcing firm which has bagged a Global Data Center project from one of their customers. In order to implement this project, they are currently aggressively hiring bilingual Operations Supervisors (3 open positions) to work at the Data Center.

You may be expected to relocate to Nagoya for an initial 8-10 months for knowledge transfer at the customer's site after which you will be back in Tokyo area on long term basis.

This is a Direct Contract role for an initial 6-12 months, after which your performance will be reviewed and there is a chance to become a permanent employee with our client.

Required Skills:

Knowledge in Mainframe
Knowledge in Unix & Windows Troubleshooting
Presentation skills
Minimum 3 years experience in handling Operation team
Ability to think logically and make decisions
2 years experience in handling a team
High proficiency in Japanese
Business level in English
Exposure to ITIL (Desirable)
