Operations Risk and Control Group (Ops R&C) is a global team committed to ensure that adequate controls are in place to mitigate operational risk to protect the firm from such risks. With increased demand over risk control, an exciting and challenging opportunity has come up for the right individual to work in a team to provide robust regulatory guardianship across Asia Operations.
Initiative includes project-planning, analysis, execution, Legal Notice handling, Inspection coordination, postmortem follow ups and try to bring up risk culture by distributing bulletin on a regular basis etc.
Key responsibilities:
Responsible for functions including but not limited to project management and execution, enhance business performance, risk management, and global communications.Conduct analysis to identify risk and issuesCreate project plan and produce a status reportExecute the project and documents detailsPartner with compliance to understand local regulatory requirements
