Hotel Manager (Niseko Hirafu, Hokkaido)

Kimamaya, "be yourself", in Japanese, is an exclusive luxury lodge set in the heart of Niseko Hirafu, Japan’s renowned ski haven on the northern island of Hokkaido. The Hotel is small in size, but large in emotion and highly committed to its guests. The Hotel is currently 1st on TripAdvisor and a member Hotel of Design Hotels: www.designhotels.com

Your main mission as the Hotel Manager will be to run the day-to-day operations of the Hotel and ensure impeccable service delivery to each and every one of our guests. We want our guests to truly feel as if they have been welcomed as a friend into a private home and we are looking for a hospitality professional who will be able to help us both grow the business and ensure the full satisfaction of all of our guests.

You will also be responsible for developing the Hotel's long term revenues and brand image through promotion & direct marketing. A duty which will also extend to structuring agreements with reputable travel agents, and creating a complete list of services and activities for our guests (sports, cultural activities...) You will also be responsible for the seasonal recruitment of part-time staff during the peak winter season (guest relations, driver, cleaner, etc...)

Our ideal candidate is someone who:

* Has 3 or more years of previous experience in the Hospitality industry
* Has previous experience managing and training staff
* Has minimum Business level Japanese/English
* Has a valid work VISA

Additional Information:
* Accommodation provided at the Hotel in a staff double room.
* You will have a season Lift pass paid for by the Hotel.
* Insurance : Health insurance & Pension paid by employer.
* Meals : Breakfast & dinners can be taken at our Restaurant at cost (JPY 300/meal).
* Holidays : 6 weeks per year in low season.
* Incentive: bi-yearly bonus paid if winter & summer occupancy targets are met.
* The employment contract will have an initial 3 month probation period after which, provide both parties are in agreement the contract will become full-time.

Staff for the hotel

We, Asano corporation, is a dispatching company in the service industry. Our motto is to provide the excellent service with appreciation to each single customers. Our professional mind helps to communicate well between the companies and the our members.

We are now looking for the banquet and restaurant staff for Palace Hotel TOKYO which reopened in May 2012.

Work condition is as follows.

- Salary
Monthly: From JPY250,000 to 300,000
Hourly: From JPY1,200 to 1,800

- Work hours: 7AM - 11pm (Shift)

Expected candidates have work experience in hotels or restaurants.
