Responsibilities:

1) Supporting communication between the foreign clients and the Firm
2) Native English check of Legal documents and marketing material
3) Business activities for foreigners including preparing English material relating to the Firm’s business and related business activities in foreign countries
4) Making materials for the Company’s promotion
5) Teaching English to staff

Location: Shimbashi, Tokyo
Hours: M-F 13:00 to 18:00 (full-time may also be considered and is negotiable)
Salary: 175,000 ~ 235,000/ month (negotiable)

The candidate should have experience as a paralegal or legal assistant. Strong communication skills. Keen eye for proofreading.

Conversational Japanese ability required to communicate with Japanese Shiho-shoshi lawyers and staff.

Title: Medical scientific liaison - Immunology or Gastrointestinal area

Responsibilities related to the role:
•KOL management
•Coordinate Investigator Initiated Study (IIS) following new SOP (Contract-Based IIS)
•Internal medical training (e.g. MR, safety) • Provide Medical Education programme
•Set up TA based scientific series meetings with external physicians (KOL, future KOL) ;scientific series meeting in area level will be organized regularly
•Coordination with global ML for exchanging knowledge and close relationship for product maximization

Requirements:
•Must hold PhD.
•Japanese nationals only.
•Experience in Pharmaceutical industry in Clinical Development, Safety department or research experience more than 3 years
•Affluent and accurate senses about pharmaceutical market
•Strong human relationship with people outside (especially wholesalers and KOL)
•High reputation among people inside and outside
