The Role

Entry Ambassador is the ‘first contact’ person for our Members
Controls front entrance, taxi waiting area and lobbies
Greets Members and guests and ensures smooth front door operations
Communications and liaises with other departments throughout the Club as well as taxis and chauffeurs
Highly informed of Club’s activities
Required:
•Eng Advanced level (BULATS 4~)
•Jpn Basic communication skills
•PC skills Word, Excel, Outlook
•Experience Must be familiar with the hospitality industry
Character
Strong communicator with impeccable hospitality and people skills. Well presentable.
3-5 days/week (Including weekends/national holidays)
Actual5-8hrs/day between 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.
Hourly Wage: 1300yen-1500yen
Student and Working Holiday Visa holder are not accepted.
Japanese company and Japanese language working environment.
Other work may include:
• PR and Marketing for foreign students
• Increasing access to the company website (Works Japan Global) via facebook (in English) by posting article content
• Supporting sales staff ( Translating proposals from English to Japanese, attending client meetings with sales staff and helping with smooth communication)
• Preparing seminars for the university in East Asia and South East Asia. (Meeting with the related people in university in English, etc )
• General Office work
Other: Insurance provided (Health and Social Welfare)
No retirement fee provided
Paid holidays (10 days per year)
Transportation fee provided
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday, National Holidays, Beg/End of Year Holiday
