Mongolian Sales Staff

Autocom Japan is a used car exporter based in Yokohama, well known for the many quality used Japanese cars we ship overseas. We are currently set on expanding our market share in Mongolia. Therefore we are looking for a new member for our team of multilingual sales staff who will communicate directly with customers by phone and email. As a member of our sales staff, you will assist our customers throughout the buying process, from the acquiring of the vehicles at Japanese auto auctions to their shipping to the customers' port of choice.

Salary :

* First 3 months

350,000 yen and maximum 30,000 yen (transportation expenses)

* After 3 months

207,600 yen (basic salary, including 40 hours overtime pay) + commission + transportation expenses + 20,000 yen (housing allowance )

Working days :

* Days - 5 days a week (MON - FRI) or (TUE - SAT)

* Working hours : 9:00-18:00

Required :

Mongolian - Native level

Japanese - Business level

*** Preferable ***

Interest / knowledge in cars
Basic computer skills
English - Basic level
Russian - Basic level

We welcome applications from people fluent in Mongolian language as well as English. As a member of our sales staff, you will assist our customers throughout the buying process, from the acquiring of the vehicles at Japanese auto auctions to their shipping to the customers' port of choice.

A person with basic computer skills and interest/knowledge in cars would be preferable.

Basic salary: starts at about 210,000yen and increases according to the number of cars you sell.
