The Researcher / Tele-Sales will be responsible for contacting leads who would have needs to hire bilingual professionals and setting quality appointments.  This position will actively be involved with supporting the Sales team, for the qualified candidate this may potentially develop into a Sales role.

Technology savvy individual required for trainee manager position for a newly branded cafe / gift chain based in premier domestic tourism locations in the Kanto Region. The role includes product order management, customer service, vendor selection and staff management. Performance bonuses based on store profit and management targets.

The vast majority of work will be in Japanese so candidates must have advanced Japanese language skills, and be able to read and write in Japanese. The candidate will be friendly yet efficient and be able to set goals, have experience managing inventories, product range and staff.

Preferred Experience:
- Japanese Drivers License
- At least 2 years working experience

The position is based in Kinugawa-Onsen, Tochigi. The candidate will be required to work weekends and irregular hours. The Candidate will also be required to undertake frequent business trips between Tokyo, Nasu-Shiobara and Kinugawa (Nikko).

One year renewable contract, three month probationary period, housing and visa sponsorship can be arranged.
