Business English Instructors for intensive course in Nagoya

CTS, Communication Training Support, Nagoya office is seeking energetic and experienced part-time Native Business English instructors for intensive coursese at well-known company in Nagoya

Professional environment, carefully designed curriculum and materials provided.

Minimum one-year experience of teaching conversational English to Japanese people at language schools or companies is required. Successful candidates must currently reside in Kansai area, have university Degree, and have a valid working visa.

¦Course information
Dec. 13 (Tue) 9:00-17:00 (Lunch break / 1H)
Dec. 14 (Wed) 9:00-17:00 (Lunch break / 1H)
Total teaching hours / 14 hours

Feb. 14 (Tue) 13:00-17:00
Feb. 15 (Wed) 9:00-17:00 (Lunch break / 1H)
Total teaching hours/ 11 hours

Location/ about 5 minute taxi ride from Komenoki station

English Instructor for J-to-E translation course

Media Research, Inc. (MRI) provides a broad range of translation services in many professional fields. We are looking for an English instructor for our Japanese to English translation course. The instructor will correct translation assignments submitted by Japanese students and teach the skills and methods involved in practical English translation. We seek candidates who have experience in translating or rewriting, and teaching English.

Job Description:
*Teaching English translation to Japanese students (Classes conducted in English)
*Number of students: 5-12
*Working days and hours: 7 pm-9 pm on Wednesdays
*Lesson materials: Lesson assignments (approx. 300 words) and sample texts prepared by MRI.
*Contract period: Oct 2011 – Dec 2011 (total of 8 classes) (possibility of continuing into next term and beyond)
*Remuneration: 15,000 yen per lesson (2 hours), including correction work and preparation of comments/advice.
*Transportation expenses fully paid.
