RESPONSIBILITIES:
- 1st level product suite customer support
- Entry, tracking and management of all incoming support calls
- Liaise with Asia-pacific offices
- Oversea training provided
- You can pursue your career in software implementation consulting and management. And explore your skills in our international offices!

Qualifications:
- a minimum of six months related experience
- working experience in English
- Proficiency with computers in a Windows environment
- Available for varied hours/shifts in 24-hour/365 days a year department setting

Desirable:
- Prior Help Desk or Hospitality experience is a plus
- Previous experience of using MICROS’ products
- ability to learn new technologies
- looking for a career path in IT, or consulting industries
- experience in Hospitality industry
