【業務内容】
●通訳
社内外国人と客先日本人間の通訳(会議、打合せ等)
お客様先でのプレゼン通訳
●翻訳
社内からの様々な文書、資料の翻訳(日⇔英)
●一般事務
書類作成など翻訳通訳の業務がない時に対応していただきます。
【応募資格】
語学力:TOEIC900点以上(目安)
※英語ネイティブの場合は日本語力が日本語能力試験N1相当の方
経験:通訳翻訳経験3年以上(目安)
企業勤務経験3年以上(目安)
流通関連の通訳翻訳経験者歓迎

In-house Japanese/English translator/interpreter and general office administration
Place: Shibuya-ku
Starting date: availability immediately
Working hours: M-F, 10:00~18:00 (1-hour lunch break)
Contract period: Trial period, followed by long term contract
Wage: 1800JPY~*
Based on experience and skill
Transportation paid at actual amount
Enrollment in Social health Insurance program (unemployment insurance, health insurance, Employees’ Pension Insurance) depending on contract period.
Work content:
Interpreting
Interpreting between foreign staff and Japanese clients (meetings, etc.)
Interpreting for presentations to customers
Translation
Translation of company documents, emails, etc. (Japanese/English)
Office administration duty
When there are no interpretation/translation tasks, you will be asked to assist with general office administration duties. This may include (but is not limited to) contacting utilities companies, handling payment of office bills, sending/receiving mailing.
Desired requirements
English ability: TOEIC 900+, for non-English natives (preferred)
JLPT N1, for non-Japanese natives (preferred)
Experience: 3 years work experience in translation or interpretation (preferred)
3 years work experience in company
