-Implement a best-in-class management reporting process that leverages best practice from within the firm’s group as well as other multinational institutions
-Ensure consistency in data presentation globally by helping source relevant data from each region and consolidating information in a manner easily understood by senior management
-Coordinate with the regional finance teams to ensure that projects to deliver accurate data to management are prioritised properly with the necessary expertise
-Partner with front office business heads and COOs as well as product controllers and FP&S team to ensure budgets, forecasts and ad-hoc management presentations are smoothly coordinated and Headquarters expectations are addressed
-Lead ad-hoc MIS projects that senior management deem necessary for the continued success of the Division
-Fluent level Japanese and English
-Japanese language skills (preferred)
-Minimum 6-8 years relevant experience, ideally management reporting within an investment bank
-Excellent PowerPoint and other MS Office software skills (mandatory)
-Financial products knowledge required
-Requires a person who can work with the regional Finance and Capital Markets business colleagues and subsequently consolidate and present to HQ and Wholesale management the key information required to manage a global business
