IT Support And Customer Service Role
Your base will be our Nakameguro office, and you will be traveling to premium office locations in Tokyo and Yokohama to provide consulting and assist our clients with their IT requirements.
Foreign companies in Tokyo use Webnet IT as their local IT department. We set up their infrastructure when they move, and we support them once they’re working in their new office. We look after their servers, e-mail, internet access, phone systems, software, security, firewalls, switches, routers and everything else, but most importantly, we look after our client and we focus on providing the best customer service in Tokyo.
So, if you have experience in some of these fields, and you are a fast learner, we want to talk with you. We can train your IT Skills, but your attitude and customer service skills are vitally important. If you're applying, please provide a story where you've provided exemplary customer service.
