Guest Service Staff
1. Guest service includes the following work;
?Front desk
- Welcome and fulfill the check-in process.
- Perform general incoming communication duties, including taking reservations and
respond to inquiries via telephone and emails.
- Manage effectively and efficiently guest requests, inquiries and complaints.
- Inspect rooms to ensure that all rooms are ready for guests
- Control room rate to maximize room occupancy through marketing program.
- Assign rooms taking guest requests into account.
?Café & Bar
- Morning time: Preparing fresh quality breakfast to hotel guests and local customers.
- Night time: Serve and present food & beverages quickly and efficiently.
- At all time, it is necessary to communicate with customers
2. Requirement/wages
- At least one year experience in either of guest service or F&B.
- Business level of both Japanese and English
- Capable and willing to work across all areas of the business when required
- The innate desire to consistently exceed customer service expectations
- A desire to learn, develop and work alongside a great team
- Flexible in working day/hours
3. Contract
- Type of employment: contract staff
- Part-time and full-time position available
- Expected to work in long-term.
- Hourly wage starts from 1,000 yen.
Different wage structure applies for full-time staff
